Bishogate Garden

This is Catherine's garden.  We made it this summer.  The ground in Maryland is very hard with lots of rocks.  The soil is like clay.  We dug up the rocks and put in new organic topsoil, cow manure.  Then we planted two rapsberry bushes, a variety of heirloom tomatoes and lots of different peppers.  We also planted Korean lettuce and Kaetneep and some Romaine.  We didn't think much would grow.  However, the garden grew big.  It was a lot of work but it was worth it.
